Comparison slip torque test
We checked slip torque of your SGER holder and CENTRO-P together at YAMAKEN.
SGER size : ER32 carbide pin :20mm =>300~320Nm (tightening torque : 135Nm) 390Nm (tightening torque : 180Nm)
Centro P size : ER32 carbide pin:20mm => 200~270Nm (tightening torque :135Nm) 280~310Nm (tightening torque : 180Nm)
The result was different from what we (xxx&yyy) did. yyy will send whole set which yyy used for slip torque test to YAMAKEN and YAMAKEN will test and let us know the result.

Heavy duty nut (ER32 & 40)
We have not received any details from Fxxxxxx yet, but they announced us that ER32 heavy duty nut chucking φ16mm carbide pin achieved 350Nm – 450Nm clamping power. The nut is solid type & no bearing function on it. They will release ER32 & ER40 heavy duty nut shortly.

但是16mm夾持力350Nm~450Nm是怎麼一回事?
不是應該在一個穩定的+/-10%區間嗎?
再說
夾持力只是加工表現的一環
並不是全部啊
一直搞在這一個點上實在沒啥意義
山謙沒有SGER32-20mm@400Nm
只有390Nm而已
