So all of a sudden things seem to not be printing right. One half is good and the other is not. UV detection test is good. FEP is good.

Getting a couple of odd things showing up on the prints. Using Anycubic grey here. supposed to be the cab section and tracks for an excavator. These were on one half of the build plate. A longer angled item was on the other half and did fine.

Ideas?

For the users of Anycubic Clear resin would you be willing to share some settings? There is one entry on the resin setting chart for clear at 0.025. Was looking to print at 0.05. Could go less if needed. Just looking for some other settings or verification of the chart numbers since only one entry. Thanks.

So, sometimes when I slice with the new Chitu and AA enabled the file comes up as a white blank screen on the printer. File name is there but one cannot see the model waiting to be printed. I have tried several thumb drives and even the validator just churns and never loads the file (over 500MB Files now with AA). The old Anycubic software loads the file and you can run through the layers. Any idea what is going on?

So I did the new AA update yesterday and installed the new Chitu that came with the download (using 8.)

After slicing and saving the new file, I cannot pull up this new file in File Validator 2.0. It just sits there and keeps saying “loading”. That being said, I looked at the file size and it is 10X (larger) the size I normally get after slicing.

Also noted, I placed the file without validating on the USB stick. Photon recognizes it but it is a blank screen.

Any ideas? Thanks

Any ideas what may be causing these lines? They are not in the “design” of the object. Using grey Anycubic resin at an 0.035 layer. Printed in shown orientation with supports on other side. Opposite side is smooth. Thanks.

So I am still getting the following error on my Mac running the Anycubic Slicer software. I have copied it to the Applications folder. I hit “OK” and sometimes it slices and sometimes it gets hung up and I have to force quit.

I have ChiTuBox but I cannot get a good print from it (has failed every time). The Anycubic slicer has worked each time I have been able to get a good slice.

Any ideas what is going on? Running a Mac with High Sierra. Thanks.
