Morning all,

So, the Photon arrived, got it levelled and set up as per all the info available on here and github.

Test print done with the green resin which came with it and all seems well.

From digging around on here I've seen some really useful information on precision fit parts, resin settings, tolerances etc via the GO-NOGO which is all super handy.

However....I can find very little info on Voxel and how to actually use it to fix XY issues, I have it all installed etc.

Can anybody help a noob out on how to go about using the software? just simply things like getting down to the .1mm tolerance by using the software.

I already have Z-suite, but I've not set it up with the Photon yet, additionally I have Prusa slicer too, but looking on Github about getting that set up, blew my tiny mind!

Help wanted. I print a lot of jewellery. Have always done supports in matrix as a base-tree-sprues.

Now that I want to get in to printing other objects in struggling on how to lay them out for supports.

Let's start simple, can someone explain the best way to support a rectangular prism.

My photon s setup with an IKEA kitchen metod furniture
On the top, an air extractor has been installed. It is connected outside.
I leave holes behind to permit the air extraction and I just have to add scotch around the door to avoid bad smells.
