Does Wattage matter on UV Lights? I bought some bulbs, and it seems like they really arent doing much on the IPA/Cup of resin that i have them focused in. (The Cup of resin is what I would filter the vat into before putting it back in the bottle).

They are only 6w, and claim to be 385-405nm, so I figured that they would be good, but the wattage might be hurting it.

My Tribe. I need you.
So i ran into a few undercuring issues on bigger pieces, where it leaks and resin sits shining in the details. Couldnt tell it was happening, so i primed it and the primer has wiped away anywhere that was leaky. Any way to recure that and save these prints? Sun hasnt done anything for me. Stepping up my curing game before i do anything heavy duty again.

TL;DR: Save a leaky undercured print that you primed already like a jackass?

Did my test print yesterday and everything was fine. I started a second print last night and went to bed, and woke up to this. LCD showed process 100% completed. I pretty sure I ruined my FEP getting those plates off. I also switched from the anycubic software to chitubox and used the settings on the chart for .040 green anycubic.

Has anyone else had this happen to their prints? These "gap" lines happen randomly, and it's usually only 1. They are sandable but I do loose all fine surface detail obviously. It's happened on a bunch of prints on both of my Photons. I use ChituBox 1.5 and I've seen some have semi similar results. I'll try to clean the zrod again but it's so random and I don't see this in the photon file checker either. Any tips?
