Anybody know what size the screws are in the print platform joint? I've been having leveling issues, tried troubleshooting, ended up taking the joint apart, and discovered that several of the screws were loose.

Tried to tighten, but a few of them just spin freely. The problem doesn't seem to be the screws themselves, as one screw will work just fine in one hole, but spin freely in another hole. It seems like some of the holes were drilled too big.

So far I've found one bad hole on the little ball joint itself, and one on one of the square brackets.

I'm hoping that a screw with a slightly more aggressive thread will work. Thoughts?

EDIT: Added a photo indicate which holes I've found so far with issues, and just to clarify what i'm talking about. Note that this is not my photo, I got it from the github page. At work right now so I can't take a picture of my own unit.

A 1/35 scale model of the AN/PDR-1 Radio Direction Finding set.

Original design using Tinker CAD. Manual supports adding using B9 Creator and sliced with ChituBox. Manual supports were a combination of default medium and light with some "custom" light supports with .3mm dia contact areas at .2mm contact depth.

The design was made hollow with an open bottom and a locator hole in the top for the antenna base which also served as a vent / drain.

Elegoo Standard Gray resin. .02 mm layers. 8 bottom layers at 45s. 9.5s normal layer exposure.

To give an idea about the actual size of the model, the rods on the antenna, the handles on the radio, and the spikey feet on the tripod are all .5mm diameter / cross section.

Oh yeah! The new firmware really does made the motor a lot more quieter, the fan almost block out the motor sound completely

Looking for some help please! When printing a 20mm cube at 45°, I’m getting warped prints. I’ve been trying to figure out why but never knew until this morning - printing a single cube comes out nice and straight. Duplicating the same supported item x6 with the same settings as the single and now I get varying warped edges. This happened first with Anycubic green on printer 1 and 2, now I’ve got printer 1 running Anycubic gray and it’s happening again.

Anyone have any ideas why it’s warping with 6 but not 1? How can I fix it?

Quick question: I've been having issues where I start a print and the bed stops moving on the z-axis after a few layers. It prints fine up to a point and then just fails...

Does that sound like a USB issue or a buffer memory issue? Or could it be a slicing issue? I have been printing 3-5 28mm minis (all different STLs) to a build plate. I'm using the Photon slicer. Should I be doing something different?
