Second attempt to post. I am no artist. I design stuff for disable people. My Printer is running 24/7. And I like it. It's working well. My wife tell me print it if you don't have it.

Unfortunately I dropped one arm and the magic bit/finger tips broke off. Working on the cape now but had to break up into 4 pieces to fit in the small print bed.

I’m having such a pain of failed prints, some supports are not sticking to the build plate or even a raft under the print. Any suggestions?

I ran through the 250 ml of resin included with the printer and also 300 ml of monocure rapid clear. Increasingly in the last prints I've found inside the VAT islands of thin cured resin stuck to the FEP. That is beside the actual prints which are ok really. Could this be a sign that the LCD is letting UV light through when it shouldn't and thus starting to fail ?

Any recommendations for a starter casting setup? I really want to use my printer to it's full potential and a lot of you have putting out fantastic casts. Unfortunately my HOA isn't keen on a propane forge type set up so electric is is direction I'm starting to look at.

Thanks so much fro the help in troubleshooting! After cleaning the Vat and Buildplate I re-leveled the build plate and re-zeroed the Z-Axis and it worked beautifully! After using an FDM printer a ton this thing has blown me away with the level of detail possible.
Now on to actual work prototypes!

I have some consistent issues with lines appearing on the sides of models. I wonder if anyone could offer advice? Appearing on monocure rapid red and grey, stock settings from the spreadsheet at .05 layer height....

Print oriebtation is vertical to avoid supports on the small aerial...
