My printer froze at 51% on a 6 hour print. What could the issue be?
I've had my Photon for 6 months with no issues so far. I'm still using the supplied USB and haven't done any software updates.

Evening all,

Does anyone know if there's any software about that would check if an stl with supports would actually print? That checks if there's enough supports or no overhangs or anything like that?

Very first print attempt, and a costly rookie mistake (learned about the need to hollow the model ? )... but impressed that everything with the machine worked correctly on the first try.

Hello everyone,

Tried my photon today, for the first time, using this stl file :

Nothing came out. I watched the preview and saw that nothing was sliced.

Did someone encountered this ?

Some other slicing worked fine, but this skull does not want to. Even if I tried at different angle, the only thing I managed to slice was the support ...

Hello ppl! Looking for some inspiration. Do you know of any models that look good in Anycubic Green? I will definitely be printing a DNA double helix, sticking it in a transparent tube and lighting it with a led. Any other ideas? Thanx!

So I just got the Photon and tried the cube test print twice, both failed pretty close to the disc just after the cube starts. I tried a different print, an Eiffel tower. Again, just after the plate It didn't print or adhere, this time it got past that section then printed the rest of the tower with great detail and resolution. When I cleaned it I noticed in the tank there was like a couple of layers of super thin partially cured resin stuck to the FEP Film. Any help on who to fix this would be great. The Feet of the tower and the base of the cube all adhered really well to the plate, the problems happen about 2-3 mm up. Thanks

The first model is a copy of a saxon pendant, the second one is a personal creation inspired by saxon jewellery.
I will try printing the pendant as soon as I get red and blue transparent resin, and if it works I'll try the other one.
What is your experience with multiple parts object ?
