Finally got my photon going with ameralabs AMD 3 led water washable resin. Here is a pic of the 3rd miniture (30mm) result before cure but after a water and soap bath. Will post finished After I get done at work!

Fail print ! Was too easy on supports and base supports broke off. its happening some time lol. Thats the risk to always print on the edge of undercuring.

Hello,
Cuz of bad settings on the Photon I ruined the FEP and the resin leaked out and cured on top of the screen.
1) Should I buy a new VAT or just de FEP? Where?
2) Is there any steps to clean the top of the screen or do I have to buy a new one?

Getting ready to have this ring printed it was inspired by the side plates of the Titanic' and airplanes and how they are riveted together...I milled some 'tests' pieces to check the 'visual' look of the rivets and plates.. made some adjustments and came up with this for my dimensions.for the outside layout of the ring..it's good to have a mill in this case, before wasting a lot of time /resin before you can see what the results will look like . I milled several test pieces and stopped them mid point and re- tweeked the model ..test model took apx 20min to mill...now to find someone to print it!

Part lifted off the bed towards the end of the print. I think not enough exposure for the bottom layers. I am using Anycubic orange, 9 secs exposure, 8 layers bottom 60 secs each. Reprinting at 8 secs exposure and 80 secs bottom + 8 layers of square raft. Will update later.

Hi there everyone, I'm new to this group but have an oddball request. Is there anyway someone who knows the capabilities of this printer could send me a small sample of a print that shows the amount of detail achievable, somthing i could show a potential client to be able to purchase one of these Photons. I'm sold, but now I need to show him, please help me if you can.....I do pretty good work, but a lot of old school type modeling, scratchbuilding
