I finally attempted my first print.

No go :(

all figs stuck to the FEP.

I used
anycubic green
.05 thick
10 expo
1 off time
50 Bottom expo
8 Bottom Layers

These should work...since they didn't, I think the problem was in my leveling. I will try to do a better job leveling this time around.

Should I also up the Bottom expo time? to like 80?

I like this little tank ! Done at 100 microns using Monocure Rapid White with 5 drops of Black dye pigment, would probably came out better at 50um.

Did i not see that somewhere you could set your models to print hollow, right in the slicer? or does that need to be done in modeling software?

I'm using Anycubic Grey with 0.05 / 10s / 1s off / 8@50s bottom layers. Most of my prints are fine, but I'm getting some weird wobbles and blurring of details on any surfaces facing the build plate. You can see a sort of wave pattern, cresting at the supports, on what should be straight segments on this print.

Is this a result of overexposure? It seems to me that resin on top of the part is curing as future layers are set up.

The suggested settings for this resin are 0.035 @ 14s in the spreadsheet, and I had similar problems at this settings as well.

Very frustrating night. Keys kept snapping off and I wasn't even being heavy handed. And my keys aren't thin either. 2 mm wall thickness. I guess I will have to switch to flexible resin. So frustrating though all that wasted time and resin. Monocure Rapid Gray. FUUUUUUUU..... Riza.

Just recieved my first dlp printer (have experience with fdm) and went to do the test file that came on the usb. Seems that something went wrong. I guess i have to re-check the bed leveling, to far away? And how do you guys remove the cured resin from the fep?

Has anyone had success with printing a hollow and filling it with a two part resin? I'll be experimenting with alumilte rc-3 but, I'm kind of concerned that the exothermic reaction will warp the print.

Hi. Iv used a new usb, updated the firmware. Im getting these images from another print i did on my screen or the uv test shape when trying to print a new model. Any one have this issue. And the image is off center.
