Here is the final product !!!! WATCH video for a better idea of finished product !!!! It was such a breeze to print on photon and then cast with bluecast!!!! 5 hours to print and 20 man hours to completely polish it after casting!!!!

I know a few people here have used Bucktown EP200-V420-FF, but I am curious if anyone has tried some of their other resins (ZVE400-V420 or ZVE500-V420). I need an ABS like resin to be able to get a job. I ordered Sparkmaker's LCD-T and LCD-N, but they are somewhere between me and china.. and must of gotten on the slowest boat. Looking for something I can get in the next couple days to get the order underway.

Testing Monocure 3D Flex100 in its purest form.
All three parts are printed with 0.05mm layers 22s layer time, 1s off, 120s base layer, 3 base layers. I have no clue why I had only 3 base layers but this seems to work ?
The first print (last photo) did not stick to the build plate and I got the vibe from all of you: "you should sand your build plate"... but I decided to test with PlateBond first to see if that helps.
This helped a lot but there was still a gap under the calibration matrix - at the same side that came loose during the first run.
Last one shows the result after a bit of sanding, just enough to make the build plate flat - I think this shows what a big difference a bit of sanding can make.
