Any ideas why it printed only the 3 out of the 5? the far left and far right didn't print and stuck to FEP. I changed new FEP yesterday, filtered resin etc. After that print, I printed the test file and everything was perfect regarding uniformity of the LED panel.

Hi there everyone!
I finally achieved to make my printer work. Today I changed the FEP and the printed objects now seem to agree to stick on the correct side of the printer. But unfortunately this isn't still totally ok. In fact now I have some nice artifacts on printed surfaces every ~2mm due to linear rail problems (I think damaged or defective bearing) but I can still live with it (it is a mechanical problem, so I know what it is due to and I know where to put my hands to fix it and Anycubic can send me a spare linear rail). The real problem now is that my objects warp, the face in contact with the build plate bends and distorce. I don't really know how to explain property so I invite you to have a look at the photo. Note: the two halves of the dice are positioned on a flat surface...
I have a nicely sanded and levelled (following your instructions) build plate.

Waiting to hear your opinions.

Cheers, Alessandro.

Just set my printer up last night and was blown away by the results! I printed the cube sample print, but it was dark outside and my UV light isn’t here yet so it didn’t cure at all. I later dropped it and it shattered. With a 20W UV light how long should I expect to cure a print?

Hey guys, just recently joined, hoping to get in on some of this High Fidelity Printing! Up until now I've been working with Shapeways doing the printing but they appear to be on a biiiit of a rocky path so I'm looking to jump ship and do my own printing.

I've been eyeing the Photon for a few months now but haven't really be able to do a proper "deep dive" research spree on it yet. Hopefully you guys don't mind answering some questions if you can!

1] I've seen it said in a few places that ordering the printer itself through Amazon can help for dealing with faulty units or duds, Does this hold up? Being Canadian ordering from Amazon.ca would rally cut out a lot of BS with shipping, customs and price conversions.

2] That being said, while Amazon.ca has the printer, seems it's missing....everything else. I've been recommended Spool3D and Filaments.ca as possible supplies, any other recommendations?

3] Aside from the obvious printer and resins, what other useful tools or supplies would you guys recommend?

4] Last but not least, if anyone knows any handy guides or tutorials I'd love to see them too!

Thanks in advance guys!

What are the best options for replacing my FEP sheets? I see lots of different thicknesses, also any makeshift builds for a rrsin filter using different material?
