My # monocomp4 entry, Rapid Rabbit vs Alien Facehugger, Had to do it - Im a huge Alien nerd.
Printed on the Anycubic Photon with Monocure 3D Rapid .
Rabbit is 12cm tall and printed in 5 parts, the facehugger, egg & Giger ring was sculpted& modeled in Zbrush.

Beta testing open for the Photon Light Mapping tool.

The idea is simple and was first done by master Photonster Kazuhiko Shoji

- 3D Print or Cut a regular grid
- Use some kind of light sensor
- Map the quality of light distribution on the photon LCD

What you have here is just a simple application that connects to any serial port that is sending text strings, reads it and show in all grid blocks the read information.

Once you click the grid node it freezes the value and allows for exporting to a CSV once you are ready for future reference.

if i receive a yellow one with the green power supplies, it's suppose to be V2, what is the difference between the v2.5 or it's just the power supplies. i dont find any officials info about that

I watched the video that Anycubic posted showing how to replace the UV LED array (and see that at least fepshop carries replacements)... has anyone had their UV fail? Has anyone attempted replacing the standard UV LED and driver with something more powerful?

17 hours to go on the Desktop Hero kickstarter, most of the stretch goals have been made, if you have not used this it is great for making custom minis on a resin printer. Main reason I bought mine in fact.
