Hi everyone, just working on a new creation and would like some feedback please, what do you think, is his hat too big ??

I started from scratch this time just a sphere, but I did use 2 reference images (other peoples work). I created 2 new spline brushes, one for his beard and the other for the band on the eye patch.
Please just feedback and critiques, as I wish to improve my skills.
