Hey everyone! So the topic was just raised about how to keep the vat filled during large prints, and this got me thinking about a resin pump I could design with limited parts and simple functionality. I'm curious who could use this hardware and I'm willing to develop it and get parts list/instructions together.
Features:
-Select "wide print" (more resin per layer) or "narrow print" (less resin per layer)
-Select print hours
-Start pumping
Parts:
-Peristaltic pump design from Thingiverse that can be printed
-Fishtank tubing
-Screws
-Cheap stepper motor to drive pump
-Arduino
-Stepper motor shield
-Two buttons
-Breadboard/wire
-Small 12V wall power supply
-Code (which I will write)

Hey all, can you take a look at this model setup and offer suggestions? The areas where I drew a yellow line are deformed.

The rest of the model is perfect. The edges are straight and sharp, the details are all good and the supports are all intact. It's just in these select areas where it is "melty" and deformed.

Monocure Rapid White resin
Layer Height: .05
Normal Exposure: 20 sec
Bottom Exposure: 100 sec
Bottom Layers: 8

Edit: it is hollow; 1.5 mm wall thickness, 2x 1.5 mm drain holes near build plate

Almost a week now and havent got a single succesful print ? is this normal?

Hi users! I would need a slightly larger print size in the vertical direction. Do you think this would be possible with a mechanical upgrade? 200mm or 250mm

So someth8ng is going wrong with my prints, does anyone know what is happening here ? In the middle, at the top and the bottom the details arent there and it looks like wet resin. It was indeed wet and uncures, even after leaving it under uv lamp for 1hr. I left it in the sun and the wet part still smells .
