Hi everyone,
I bought an Anycubic Photon roughly 2 weeks ago and it's been doing alright. I figured I would try testing Monocure Grey with the 0.1 settings in the google excel doc. I did 1 print and it came out well. Then I decided to try printing multiple on the same plate. The parts are only abut 3cm wide and rotated 45 degrees so the tree symbol is facing away from the plate. This has turned into a nightmare problem to solve. Multiple different things fail, sometimes the raft peels off (3mm height), sometimes the part the supports print but the part comes off them midway and the most common issue is things deforming slightly. All three of these issues can happen to different parts on the same print, which is annoying in itself.
The deforming I put down to maybe bad supports? I use auto medium supports with 0.15 contact depth, 60 degree support, 30 percent support density and everything else is stock. Next issue is support removal... my process right now is take parts off, soak in warm soapy water, clean off with warm water then clean with methylated spirits, then attempt support removal. But not matter how hard I try I either end up with pock marks or what looks like flash.
So there are a number of issues, printing multiple parts successfully and support removal.

Any direction to another source for a solution of any advice in general is appreciated. I've attached a photo of the models

Hey all, would a more-or-less temp-controlled garage be an OK place to run a Photon? My wife doesn't want to have to deal with the smell so trying to figure out if the garage will be OK vs the storage room :P

Yes I realize I shouldn't use it in the middle of winter in the garage. I meant more for summer/fall seasons

Now it has picked up a lot of detail but some bits are almost non existent like the teeth. This printer can do better right or am i asking to much?
