Printer arrived with LCD in club mode..... Is there a fix for this because I REALLY don't want to take apart a brand new machine and they don't want to send me a replacement unit it seems :-/

I am doing something wrong. I was printing great with Nova3d gray, then I switched to Nova3d blue and then orange. With the blue and orange I have not had a successful print. Leveled I don't know how many times using FR technique. I run the exposure test and the blue is off the charts, but the orange is on. However, when I print models all I am getting is a thick and hard to remove layer on the FEP, nothing else in the vat and nothing on the build plate. Again, the exposure test works, sticks to the plate like it should, but models are just a layer of cured resin on the FEP. What the heck am I doing wrong? Thought maybe I should sand the build plate, but was hoping to solve it without that since Nova3d gray stuck fine without sanding. I am printing in 70 degree farenhight, 60-70% humidity, no UV exposure other than the photon. I am at my wit's end, I miss printing beautiful minis ? Thoughts?

Help, the allen key wont unscrew the screw anymore, any sugestions? (Is my first day with the printer)

at basically the same price as the photon (6-700usd depending where you look), the shuffle seems to be overpoweringly better built? ballscrews? dual linear rails? Guess Anycubic need to step up now.

Hi I’m new to this I have had ago and getting failed prints that are sticking to the resin tank and not the base plate any ideas
I have seen people say the baseplate are to smooth and need ruffing up but I don’t want do that until I know I’ve not done something wrong first
