Need good advice
I've got few problems and can't pass them by myself
I have model with size 112mm * 70mm.
If I turn model by Y axis (in width, picture 1) , then the printed object have longer length for 4-5mm.
If I turn model by X axis (in length, picture 2), then the printed object wider for 2-3mm as original size.
I need original size.
For slicing I use: ANYCUBIC Photon Slicer64 v. 1.3.6
The printing volume of slicer: Х - 65mm, У - 115.556mm, Z - 155mm.
Resin - Anycubic green.

Also I have used Monocure white. Even worse printing with this resin. Got deformations of the sides, layer displacement and not exact size as with Anycubic green. Printing time 10-15 hours. I did not change original FEP. Firmware 4.1.0

Is any idea?

Found this Open source slicer that has some similarities to what we are trying to do with the slicer part in the Photonsters photon Editor :)

Namely the auto hollowing. The software exports to images but the supports are not usable. Still it can be a good solution while photon editor slicer is not out, to do a quick and dirty hollow of your pre-supported models. the you just need to open the pngs on the Photon Editor and create photon file :)

Cumbersome I know. But i'm sure some daredevil will try it. It has a self contained executable in the releases so no fussing around with command line to get it to run for testing ;)

One more thing concerning grayscale images: evening light output. Thoughts?
The topic has already been discussed here ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/AnycubicPhoton/permalink/1362798507198121/ ), but never under the light of grayscale masks.

Anti-aliasing and sub-pixel resolution have already been briefly analysed here ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/AnycubicPhoton/permalink/1404660366345268/ ) as two of some of the advantages connected to grayscale mask projections (see https://www.facebook.com/groups/AnycubicPhoton/permalink/1330118047132834/ ).

Just to sum up some of the related topics that came out in the group:
Grayscale seems to be a bit of a bottleneck, requiring both a firmware update and, of course, a new slicer. A search for IP infringement, possibly discrediting freedom to operate, might also be in order before anything could be done in that direction. Finally, multiple exposure masks per single layer might also provide the same benefits as grayscale images do. But at what cost? Hardware wear? Time?

Discovered that although I can print monocure rapid black at 7 seconds for test prints, models with supports don't work as the supports aren't string enough.
Used heavy supports for this model and it came out nice at 7 seconds. Now thinking of you seconds ?

No sign of z wobble now, looking nice and smooth.

So I did the XP test in Nova3d white. To me these results are inconclusive, but it seems like the resin is poop. Fine lines take up to 20 seconds exposure to show, while fine negative spaces seem to fill at around 10 second exposure. My main issue has been supports not forming strong enough. Should I increase exposure to 20 seconds and see? What impact does off time have?
