Any idea what could of caused this whole to show up on print? Both were printed on build plate at same time. i am thinking maybe a blemish on fep?

I've tried to make molds of my prints with two-component silicone resin, but it seems to react with the printed object, the mold becomes bubbly, varnish on the print has improved things, but not perfect. Today I tried something called Oyumaru, they are thermoplastic sticks that you put in hot water and it becomes soft enough to mold your objects, very easy to use. I tried a first cast with plaster and it works really well, it keeps all the fine details. Good news is that you can reuse it by putting it back in hot water ;)

Hey guys, I'm THIS close to pulling the trigger on buying one of these, but I keep hearing about how bad the smell is and it's potential toxicity. I do a lot of painting in my garage and don't have a lot of room in there anyway so the printer would have to go into my workshop in the house. I live in Texas where it is over 100+ degrees in the summer, so leaving the window open isn't really an option either. Have any of you come up with unique set up to deal with the smell/venting?

Here's a couple of tests from the weekend (just got my Photon on Friday). Still need cleanup and sanding.

Really happy with the results, this was just the green resin that ships with the unit, 0.05mm layer height and standard manual-recommended settings for curing time.
There is a bit of Z wobble noticeable on larger smooth areas but it doesn't seem too bad.

Overall the quality and speed seems comparable to the FormZ we have at work, but just a smaller build area and no auto-loading tank (which I kinda miss since I nearly ran out of resin in the vat at one point).

Hi everyone, I put the last lcd version, it seems 4.2. 1 I followed the whole procedure, the photon has updated, but when I go to print after a few hours this problem reappears. Ideas?
