Hi Guys. My Photon was working fine and I did two prints on it back to back. I started a third and it printed nothing at all. It went through the process with nothing on the build plate at all. So I cleaned the vat and leveled it again. I tried another print and the same thing. Goes through all the motions and prints nothing at all. Went from working great to next print on strike. Any ideas?

Got the level worked out. Ran a couple test prints, then this guy showed up...this printer is amazing!!!

Z wobble fixed.

If you saw my last post you will know that I opened up my printer and found setup slack/wiggle on the roller slider. Okus I couldn't lossen the wheel bolt. So I put it all back together again. I opened up the base plate to make sure it wasn't slack on the ball joint and that was fine. Lastly I cleaned the vat and noticed 2 screws could be tightened a little further.
After all that I relevelled , did a calibration test print and printed the giant model that gave me very noticeable banding before. Here are the before and after results.
As you can see it's printing perfectly.

Oh and the new print was hollowed but I was getting banding on other hollowed models which I will reprint soon. So I'm not convinced that fixed it.

hi folks, thanks for the Add. Got my printer yesterday so very much a noob. I seem to have one problem. where the raft is on the print, i get an extreme loose of detail. example, if the surface was flat, it would have an outward belly on it. what have I done wrong?? :-)

Hi everyone,
Just had a quick search of the group and couldn't find a solution to my problem. I managed to get 2 prints completed and everything was great, then suddenly this high pitched whirring sound started, and it's very loud, I think it may be coming from the underside of the printer. Anyone had this issue before?

Any advice is appreciated!
