Hey guys for some reason im not getting any of my prints to come out successful the supports print just fine and there doesn't seem to be any problems with adhesion im doing 80 seconds for base layer 5 layers at a .1 layer thickness picture attached for what's happening

Can we put mobile screen protector on anycubic screen??? Will it deteriorate print quality?? Had anyone tried it

What resin brands can be used with it.

Do you use a UV chamber for curing?

Problems on the casting process...

An observation...
Couple of days ago I had a failed print. Not enough supports in one area... was in a rush so just took the print off the bed and through it into a 10 litre tub of water with a scoop of laundry detergent. For my cleaning setup I have 3 tubs, used IPA, clean IPA and the soapy water.
I forgot about it until I was cleaning prints today & I noticed that it was clean from any resin and was fully cured. It had been in the sealed tub under a bench away from any light. Also no color change associated with curing.
I'm going to try this again with some clear resin to see if it helps with yellowing and clouding.
Anybody else tried something similar?

Resin was monocure rapid grey.

Photon just arrived, I jumped right in and printed the cube file on the USB and nothing stuck to the build plate other than the circle base...don't see any pieces in the vat. Going back to reading old posts on the forum to try and figure this out. Seems that the suggestion is to re level the build plate. Do I need to change any of the default settings on the STL file? Nothing ever works the first time for me ?

Hello Everyone!

Been having so much fun printing successfully with my new Photon until yesterday……. now subject to the dreaded print fail!

I have spent all day printing and trying various work arounds to get my part to print without success. Details are as follows:

1. Original print printed fine but I mistakenly added the supports on top side of model so redid file to have supports on bottom side of model – now all prints fail.
2. Used Anycubic green with standard settings as per slicer photo attached.
3. Have redone file again and increased supports to “heavy” size (rather than medium) – prints still fail.
4. Slicer preview show all parts of model and supports when viewed.
5. Have cleaned buildplate, vat and strained resin after each failure.
6. Have tried relevelling after each failed print using both paper and Flint Read method.
7. Vat has print marks on it but was working successfully previously.
8. Model is hollow and is open at one end and 5mm drain hole at the other largest end.
9. Vat makes the expected popping noise when buildplate lifts after each slice.
10. Currently printing original successful print to see whether it will print again.
