Ive tried about 8 prints all of which are sticking to the bottom of the vat. Ive tried to realign the z all 8 times and cant get anything to stick. Any suggestions?

So it occured to me that we have a lot of vertical space, but only limited horizontal space. Most of the prints I've seen here also are on the rather small side, minis and the like.
I was wondering if it's possible to use more of the available space by, somehow, stacking the files.

For example: I'd like to print several pieces of fingers for two hands. I could, of course, just align them on the print plate and do maybe two or three pieces per print. If there were a way to stack the different files, I might get one or two entire fingers out of one print.

Lacking experience and technical knowledge, I have no idea if that is in any way feasible. Thoughts?

Today I learned that Yellow Magic 7 eats the “anodized” coating off the build plate.

I don't think I can bear to be parted from my Photon for six months, so, I am going to take it on the plane in its original packaging, half way round the world next week.

Has anyone travelled with their Photon before? Any advice?

I have contacted the airlines which have been non committal about it passing through security. I am undecided whether to take it as cabin or checked baggage to minimise handling issues.

Did I mention how much I love my Photon??

SHIFTING LAYERS
I've tried 11 times to print this part. I decided to watch the print without the vat in and discovered that every few layers, the image would shift position! See pics below. Anybody know why this would happen? The preview looked fine. I about to go try another print to see if it happens with other geometry.

tried searching the group, but FB isn't great for it. I still haven't printed anything yet on my Photon. I don't have rubbing alcohol so I ordered from Amazon. Curious what a 'normal' amount that I should order? Can you use it over and over? I purchased 100% but only 1 liter, as that was largest size they had. Should I get more? Thanks.

Hey guys having an issue with the slicing software it just loads the lcd preview not the actual model have tried reinstalling and in admin any ideas or alternative programs ? Thanks
