Very happy with how this one turned out, stl is from thingiverse and came out perfect
Had it's ethanol bath and as I haven't got my UV bucket setup it's curing in the sun

I'm about to try my first ever 3d print this afternoon. I plan to print a simple funnel. Does anyone have any tips or lessons learned?

I finally got the new Z axis part(forgot what it's called lol) and I changed it(I actually only need the moving square part but Anycubic sent me the whole Z chunk) and I tried another print but still got the weird Z artifact on my print, I realized that it's probably not Z wobble but still can't figure out what it actually is :/ it's alot more obvious in person than on camera

PS. The vertical slit on his face is just from a crack on my LCD screen(which I'll obviously replace)

Does anyone get that separation sound per layer ? The sound of the build plate moving out of the resin vat per layer ?

I think it's finally working! I solved the memory error (by completely replacing the printer)! Here's the results of 24 hours, 4 for 4 successful prints.

Ok, I'm obviously missing some fundamental concept here :)

I tried doing identical prints at .01 and .04 to see if there was a quality difference (.01 seems a little worse tbh).

What I can't figure is, why were the support bases so much thicker with otherwise identical settings?

Resin was Anycubic White:

You see how much novaresin is now on amazon!!!! Wish I would have bought more when it was a lot cheaper.
