Another question... (Yes I know... will they ever end??! ;)

What can I do/use to fill a hollowed piece to make it solid and stronger? Specifically a pistol grip for a blaster. I'm afraid of it breaking or cracking when being handled. I did the hollow at 1.5MM but it still has some flex to it. I'm doing another print hollowed to 2MM but I'd still like to fill it after it's printed and cured. Plus it will add some weight.

Hey all just got my new photon yesterday, and had tons of trouble with every print not adhering to the print bed. Tip #1 for new users. If the bed is level, try longer base time. I had to go to 120 seconds for the print to stick to the base.

Well I tried a new power supply and still no luck. Looks like it's not time for me to be an owner of the Photon just yet ? I guess it's for the better because now I know how bad the fumes wreck my sinuses. I can work on an enclosure for the future. Thanks for everyone who tried to help.

I'm back with brand new Photon. Stupid enough, I bought a new one and I bought the exactly same one that failed me ? . Hopefully it won't fail again after 1month ?

The old one still not working after changing the main board and LCD.... Either the board or the LCD having issue but I don't have extra parts to test it. .

What happen if I print a thick part ? Like 9mm thick. My client want it that way, so i don't care about wasting resin (they pay
well). Will it warp ?

Eddie , and anyone else that could help...

Finished my first print and it’s beautiful. Now... do I empty the resin vat? Do I have to clean the build plate? It has a little uncured resin still on it.
