Does anyone know the cable type that connects the LCD touch screen to the board? (This is the display, not the 2k LCD.)

How can we get the best precision of the machine ? I get 0.1-0.2mm offset and I print with FTD industrial blend. I get better precision with my fdm machines and I think it is not acceptable. If I could get +-0.05mm it would be a good start.

Multilayer file in 1 go ;) - Photos suck sorry

Done with Photon File Utils some batch fu and XnConvert, this file testes at the same time 20µ/40µ/60µ layers side by side. The slicing was done at 0.02mm an then i masked out by script one third of the image.

Test runs at 12s/layer for 3h30 but you can change that in your printer. This gives a good side by side comparison on how the resin behaves at each slice setting

This file is design to validate that we can use the same exposure setting for a range of layer resolutions.

For variable layer height we can eventualy slice the model at the highest rez and then carefully eleminate and position layers in the correct height on the .photon file. That is how i managed to make the exposure range tester

What causes layer explosion? Ill send a pic in a bit but a gwneral description now. Printed a weapons locker, everything was looking great. Printed upsode down directly on the pkate. On the inside top and the bottoms of all the drawers the layers are all bowed up, wavy and seperated but the flat portion that is the actual top is solid.... Too little exposure time maybe?
