Any ideas why this print looks like this? Its looks like a bit has cracked off but the vat is empty other than a bit of cured resin were the missing bit was. Getting annoyed with this resin, it prints really high detail but leaves junk in the resin and always fails.

Anyone able to let me know what my issue might be with the print on the left? I originally had some 0-Z issues, but after recalibration based on Flint’s video I was able to print the Falcon below. Settings are as per the spreadsheet for anycubic resin.

Since I have a full base of supports I’m assuming the zeroing is fixed, did I just not do enough individual supports? Was the angle wrong?
Here’s a link to the photon file I was attempting in the failed print.

Any tips or videos on layout etc for something of this size.

Appreciate the help :)

Hello everyone. İ am going to publish my uv resin on the market in couple of months and i am working with professional users for having feedback about uv resin. İ am going to send free of charge resins around 250gr for users in the group to have feedback about my uv resin. Pricing not yet fixed but will be very satisfied. İ am going to ask for now only price for the transport for those who wants to have samples. What do you think?

Big trouble today ! my print does not stick on the plate and swim in the resin and stick on the FEP. Calibrate Z with less 0.02 but not work too. I am using FuntoDO Industrial Black . not sticking more with or without support. See my seetings on picture.. i am wrong ?

Just got my new Photon today and thought I would try and print some small models for my project. All looked good on mesh mixer and the photon slicer. Started the print, waited 1 hour and ended up with just the detailed supports and no frame model. Hmm ? what has happened here.

I guess it's a reason for the holes in my prints

Hey people! I'm having problems with a certain print. I've tried printing the ship you see here a few times with a few different resins. And they all have the same problem. The struts that connect to the engines are so thin that they bend and all 4 engines go down. I have tried to thicken those struts but no effect. Prints come out fine but start to bend after support is removed. I tried Green Anycubic, Wanhao Black, FTD Industrial Clear, and FTD Snow White. Can anyone recommend a resin that is strong/hard and doesn't bend under it's own weight? Many thanks!

HI Guys, firing off my first large print, want to get your input on supports please?

Its a hollowed out piece with drainhole. The lighter it is, the less supports I need correct?

I used large auto support then placed some mid manual supports
Is it too much? obviously the less the better, I'm still learning DLP supports. tia.

When I finish printing, I keep having thin strips of cured resin stuck to the FEP, but the prints themselves have been turning out completely fine. It’s just a giant pain in the ass since it wastes resin and means I have been having to clean out the vat after every print. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I thought maybe it could be ambient UV light getting it so I made sure my last print was done overnight but I found the same thing this morning.
