Hey everyone! I’m having a little trouble getting monocure rapid (blue) to stick to the build plate. I don’t have any problems with anycubic Green sticking. I have been using the settings on the group sheet 0.05 mm, normal exposure 15sec, off 1 sec, bottom exposure 60sec and 5 bottom layers but it just won’t stick. The print does start just fine and seems to be ok but then it falls off an hour or so into the print. Object size and orientation does not seem to make any difference.

What causes cured resin to stick to the FEP? cure (edit:Exposure) time too long?

If storing resin in the vat in a UV protected Photon, would it be beneficial to cover the vat with cling film, or does the resin not evaporate over time at all?

Not a big fan of printing the missing piece and glue.. so. I did him again ? Monocure grey first test ? File from malix!

Dear all. After about 1 week I would like to share my experience and list a few suggestions below.

SOFTWARE:
must improve on:
- undo process (as many users told)
- transparence supports to edit (add/remove/move) especially for surgery guides
- multi profiles choice ( I use different resins)
- sirface red zone where is not possible to print (support checking)
- leveling checking for the 1st installation (I use smartphone leveling APP) ;)
- CUT tool

HARDWARE:
- open cover too fragile
- WiFi or LAN for distance checking via VPN and Internet by the owner
