If I lowered the exposure time on each layer would I get a sharper image? I think this because it has less time to cure surrounding resin

I see people sanding there build platform for better adhesion, I am using the resin that came with my machine still and have to say for my prints at least, it’s all I can do to knock the part off the platform with the plastic spatula that came with the machine.

Is other resin harder to get to stick? Or maybe it’s just larger prints? Right now I don’t want mine sticking any better or I might not get them to release.

Post cure time.

I have all manner of UV lights (I make them for my business) so what is a good post cure time for a print? Few minutes? an hour?

My UV lights use fluorescent lights in the 360-450nm range

Hello I'm considering ordering a anycubic photon soon but I have one major question which will ultimately decid if I buy one or not.

I live in Canada so come winter when I order resin, it will be sent to my mail box (aswell during the shipping process) be exposed to -40 . Will that ruin the resin? Can I order resin in the winter or would I have to stock up in the summer?

Just received my Photon and have levelled the machine and ready to print.

Is there a way to print the test cube in a smaller size or can anyone recommend a small test pattern? I am after a quicker print time.

When I open the the test cube from the included usb in the photon software, all I see is the slicing preview. I cannot back out of this to see the test cube in main screen on the build plate.

I just received my Photon this weekend and am excited about the printer and glad to be part of this group. My first print today was a partial success where with three parts, one turned out great and the other two stuck to the film. From what I am reading, sanding the print surface will help with the adhesion issues. By doing that, will I be voiding my warranty? With all the different possible problems with LCD screens, main boards, etc, I don't want to be told I can't get support because I sanded the one part down. At the very least, are there any other tests I should be doing before I start modifying this thing? Thanks for your help!
