Hey everyone. I'm taking the plunge into the world of resin from FDM. One question I have though, can I still use Simplify3D for my slicing? I'm on a Mac and I hear there is no software support for Mac yet. Thanks in advance!

I will say this first, I am still learning.

I need someone to help me and tech me how to cut things so they can be printed on the Photon. I'll pay a 'training' fee' but hope someone in the community would be willing to help me. I don't want someone to do it for me, I'd rather be mentored and learn how to do things myself.

I have several stl files that have parts bigger than our build plate. I need to learn how to cut them in a way that when put together the cut isn't noticeable. Mainly these are blasters and phasers and things like that.

Printer is great when it prints. About 50 percent of the time though I hear the fans stop and I cant raise or lower the platform. have to turn it off then back on.
