So I need some advice on the z wobble. The first picture is the z wobble before I tried the recommended fix, and the second is after. As you can see it is even worse now. I realize there is a chance I did not do it correct, however I spend 20 minutes trying different positions on the screw and this was as tight on the rails as I could possibly get it. It still slid up and down the rails easily but there was no play in it at all so I assumed it was on there correct. Does anyone have any suggestions on other things I can do? I ordered from amazon so I am very tempted to just return it for a new one unless someone has a better idea.

Anybody got some nice clear prints from "PhotoCentric hard transparent" resin?
Mine are a bit yellow @20s exposure. Currently printing @10s to see in 8 hours if that helps...

Started printing this morning. Finished 2hrs later. I am surprise at the smoothness and detail this small. No regular FDM can achieve that small. Waiting for resin to drip to the vat than I will do fhe post processing. How do you dispose of the paper towels soaked with desin, used ipa and used wate? Do I have to renf a chemical drum, vent it every month and have it pick up when its full.LOL

Just checked my Photon for the light distribution across the hole bed with the Bed Of Nails stl founded on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2852334
and this is my result so it seems quite good.

Resin used NextDent Cast with 0.05 ,17, 2, 60 ,3 with Configuration.gcode from my previous post from yesterday.
For the pictures marked with II I change the settings from M8015 T4 to M8015 T3 and the result seems clearly improved. So I think if you have a calibrated resin
already and if you want to play with Configuration.gcode you must make some tests to achieve a good result. Anyway, I did not test this file with my D7 but from all my old prints it is obviously that the Photon it has much better light distribution across the hole bed.
Keep in mind to redo zero level calibration after each time you run Configuration.gcode because it will rewrite the EEPROM and the Z=0 will be lost.

How long does resin last before it starts going bad? I have heard folks say it only lasts for 6 months or a year before it starts going bad - depending on the brand. Also, is there a difference between shelf-life and once you open the bottle?
As much as I'd like to buy in bulk for the discounts, I don't know if I can use resin fast enough to make it worth it.
Anyone have a definitive answer?
