So, when parts of your model separate from the base... is it better to increase exposure or decrease exposure of the base layers? Is it a lack of adherence or heat shrinkage? (Given that the base plate IS level).

Have to say I am very impressed with www.flexvat.com for replacement FEP film. Ordered a few feet of .127 FEP film 5 days ago, shipped the next day from the US and arrived in Canada today (including a holiday Monday here). Reasonable shipping cost as well. Hopefully the film is up to spec but it seems to be the standard .127 sold elsewhere as well. Anyone else buy from them?

I tried the Anycubic Yellow with the same settings I use on the Green... Boom! Just as quick and robust as the Green! One test and ready! And again, very dimension-ally accurate within a few thousandths of an inch. I'm still a bit torn on the price though, I found this 500gr bottle on ebay & it was on discount & was still $71 usd. It looks like you all have good things to say about the Bucktown 'Very Fast' I want to eventually try that... but first got to work through all the resin I currently have... (I know, first world problems... right? ? )
7 sec. exposure, 1 sec. off, 35 sec. bottom, 10 bottom layers.

Well your anxious, here are the first tests with the Russian resin known by Cherry:

Brand: HARZ Labs
Type: MODEL
Color: Cherry
Room Temp: 24~25ºC
Very fluid, allmost odorless and very easy to clean with IPA
The color is passionate.

What have been done until now:
1st test was Vinicius Silva matrix. Very good to establish starting cure times.
Then I've done 3 tests with 0.05, 0.04 and 0.025 layer heights, all with same parameters; 12s exposure + 1s off time + 50s bottom + 8 layers bottom

Tomorrow tests:
for 0.05 and 0.04 layers increase exposure time; for 0.025 decrease exposure time.
