I just got my photon yesterday and the supports seem to be giving trouble. Is there a link or would anyone mind posing their meshmixer settings for auto supports. I just tried placing my own supports in the anycubic software and the tips did not seem to hold on to the model as it was only partially printed and left at the bottom of the vat.

Acrylic Templates - Source: Thank David Wong

I just compiled the CAD files into one PDF and did some automatic trace of the photon logo from the Anycubic Manual for those that wish to engrave the logo :P

New Version was rebuild from source and confirmed with live panel dimensions

Experimenting with alternative uses of resin... ? Printed a little plaque to test out some bronzefill filament. I couldn't get the surface finish I wanted on the recessed parts so I though, I'll fill it with resin

How are you curing resin after printing? I tried this UV machine that is used for gluing nails in beauty saloons :) But can't make it run longer than 60 or 90 seconds, so it frustrates me.

I finally solved my problems thanks to the group. This is the first part and tomorrow I´ll print the body. The resin is Anycibic white.

Finally had some time this am to tackle the eccentric wheel fix from the Anycubic video to address my z-wobble. When I got to the step where you remove the roller slider and the platform bracket I noticed two things: 1) my slider was very loose in the linear rail so I thought 'great, this fix should help out' 2) my lead screw immediately shot to a 2-3 degree angle to the left - not so great. I decided to continue with the steps in the video and adjusted the eccentric wheel so my slider was tight in the rail (although the eccentric wheel in mine did not have holes with different spacing as in the video - I figured it out). That tightened the slider in the rail nicely. Next I checked the screws holding the motor to see why the lead screw was tilted - they were both tight so I took off the back panel and saw the problem. The motor isolator/mount they installed was ridiculously bent and warped out of shape (see pics). Luckily I had a an extra NEMA17 stepper mount from an arduino project so I was able to replace it. After swaping that my lead screw was perfectly straight and aligned. The printer is back together and a test print is running now. Looking at the motor mount I took out I am boggled that someone thought this was a usable part for a printer with such tight tolerances. So if you are still fighting with z-wobble take your back panel off and check the motor mount.

This will either go really well, or horrendously bad

Hi,
I do Uv detection and my Screen is like in video.
I wanted to know that if it is broken or not. Could you please let me know any reason that cause it?
Thank you.
