Hi everyone, I am trying to print a high res miniature with 0.01 mm layers, but I can‘t get the exposure time correct it seems. Which resin is best suitable for high detailed prints? From the xls sheet I saw most resins were tested with other layer ranges. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am encountering the exact same behaviour as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeE6oULGdDU What are your thoughts on this? I also started a test print withouth any resin to see if the build plate would remember my z position with no sucess. It always returns to the default.

The manual states, that the z-home position is not identical to the z-0 position. But I thought that at least for the first print layer the printer should use z-0 ?

so does anyone else have a problem where you get a few prints working ok, then for some reason you can't get anything to stick to the base - even after re-levelling, same resin, same settings?
Very frustrating :-&

after several failed prints trying to get the final T-Rex parts printed I did a complete clean & relevel of my printer. Rather than have another go at the T-Rex I went for a lithograph print, and bingo - perfect!!!
So then I thought to myself, all is well with my printer so I'll have another go at the T-Rex pieces, and.... they all fail. <grrr> Not even attaching to the base plate never mind failing further on in the print.

The plot shrinkens... So printed the Monocure rook again tonight, and it turned out fine for the most part, but much like the calibration matrix, it was shorter than it should be. Measuring the height of the original (left in the picture), it was about 32.46mm. On the new one, 30.72mm (same .photon file in each case, the green Anycubic that comes with the printer, though why it's so much lighter on the newer prints I'm not sure). Anyway, any thoughts on why this might be? I'm assuming it has to do with the screen protector I'm using, though if I level with the screen protector in place (which I did), why would I lose part of the object? I can understand if there's a slight loss of resolution (the new rook is great overall but the text around the top of the battlements isn't as sharp as the original) but I don't know why I'd lose over 1.5mm (on a related note, my calibration matrix thickness was only different by 0.32mm). I'm thinking maybe I didn't raise the bed enough prior to setting "z=0" during leveling, though I thought I followed all Flint's steps precisely...

Just pulled my first print of the Anycubic Gray resin and I'm blown away. Have only printed in green and white previously and I'm loving this resin. Super easy to use, just copied the white settings and boom.

Does over exposure reduce level of detail? Does over exposure reduce level of detail? 翻譯年糕
