Detailed parts of things like these are why I ordered my Photon. Loving the details I'm getting.

Looking forward to becoming an owner rather than a page stalker. Pulling the trigger tonight to purchase one of these great little machines!

Attempted a reprint of the helmet for this Shoretrooper and it didn't turn out great. So, once I have a good one I'll replace the bucket on the figure and repaint it all. Return to Scarif display I guess!

I have a small part (47 x 47 x 15mm) that has experienced a corner of the support base lifting. I clean my platen after every print but this one has lifted three times. It's only my 9th print since receiving this wonderful little machine. Might I be using too many bottom layers or illuminating them too short or too long?

Here's the file if anyone wants to take a look.

So unless I am missing something due to my lack of experience and only owning the Photon for 3ish days...How do you print multiple STL files at once? My last experiment failed as it build all the supports but none of the models. What trick am I missing...or can you print one stl at a time?

So basically starting over with the Photon (long story :) ). Started with the calibration matrix. The one at the top I printed a few weeks ago, the bottom one I printed today. The picture may not show it but the bottom is sharper, however, it's also only about half the size of the other. Certain things are missing, like the "3" in some of the shapes. The settings are the default from the slicer and are the same for both prints (I used the exact same file).

Any ideas how to fix this? I'm wondering if when I leveled (using Flint 's method) did I not raise the bed high at the very end of the process? I do have a screen protector for the LCD (according to the Amazon page, it's 0.25mm thick), so I'm not sure if that factors in or not, given that the vat was in place as per the leveling method. Note that I didn't have that for the first print.

Thanks!

I just bought a couple of feet of this FEP. Has anyone used this film and were there any changes that you had to make regarding resin thickness, time for exposure, etc in your prints?
