Despite some initial problems getting the printer running reliably (flickering left side of screen) I’ve only had 2 failed prints since. One from resin running low and one from trying to dial in exposure on some new resin.

Is there an alternative slicer program that works for the Photon, the 64 bit crashes before it starts, the 32 will crash if loading more than 9 items and will crash every time when slicing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and cannot get anything to work anymore... would love to get back to printing eventually....

Well, after more failed tests with the 3dokay black (using 0.04 layer height, 80second/8 bottom, 16 second normal, 2 second off) my printer has now decided to start doing the half screen error. Powered off and on, seemed to fix it for a bit, but came back. Checked ribbon cable and everything looks fine.

So what should my next steps be? I think I've read something on here about a power supply and some kind of update file. Has anyone had any luck with the file? Anyone have a link for a power supply in the US (Amazon if possible)?

Love this printer, but man, has it been trying my patience the last week or so.

Ok so I got my printer today, and it just finished, and it's now 830 and I was planning on curing with the sun. Once cleaned can it sit till tomorrow.

These prints succeeded indoors but after moving to the garage I can’t seem to get any decent prints. The supports fail as it pulls away and the pieces stick to the film. Larger supports? More baking time per layer? Any advice is welcomed

Can someone tell me what is the composition of the Anycubic resin? I need to explain the construction material of my pieces. Is there any datasheet? It is not enough to state that it is a photosensitive resin. Thanks

Anyone have step by step instructions (preferably with pictures) of how to disable the built in vent fans of the Photon? I need to get it disabled so my filter system works better
