Achh Slaps head onto table. just did a video about how to change Fep in real time. to edit. to find out i did the whole video as a timelapse. video will have to wait till i next have to change the sheet. but on the up note i can do a video about leveling. think i need sleep first.

Preparing for the arrival of my new baby Photon tomorrow. Designed and printed a fan module around a beast of an 80mm case fan that moves over 80 cfm of air. My printer will only be 3ft away from a window opening so that should move a sufficient amount of air to keep the fumes at bay. Also drew up a dual-tub wash station frame around two sealing containers. I borrowed temporarily a design from Thingiverse for the wash tray and rescaled it to fit into the flip top of the container. Not really happy with it for my station, but I've already got it worked out how mine will be.

Not pictured is the UV lamp I have as well. I think I'll get a small turn table for that as others have used to complement that. Very excited to improve my work flow, and comfort, with these additions. My shop is very busy. I had to pass on a $1k project today as I'm buried in work from this "side gig".

Anyways, once I get the wash station sorted, I'll do a build video, release the files, and share the info with all of you! I really should've taken a photo in the shop, but I was too lazy to walk down stairs!

Ok, still struggling with F2D IB Red. When I did 50 bottom exposure, only the one wing that stuck this time was on the plate and everything else was on the FEP. So I upped the btm exposure to 70 and this is what printed.
When I view my .photon file I only see this on layer 0 and it isn't until layer 13 that the whole base supports for the last wing are shown. Is it a weird slice? When looking at the STL file, it looks like the whole base should be in layer 0.
Thoughts on what is happening?

My newest project. Getting tired of trying to get the conical paint filters to stand up so I can filter resin back into the bottles, so I'm designing a filter holder that screws on to the top of the bottle.

Initial prototype is for the Monocure 1L bottles and is running on the FDM now. (About 4 hours to go.) If it works, I'll also make one for the Monocure 500ml as well.

For those of you with different resins, can you do me a favor? Check on the bottom of your resin bottle and let me know if it says "Ellapack"? If we get ridiculously lucky, these will work for more than just the Monocure bottles!
