So...
After the print of another wobbled projectiles...i decided to print something different...just to try...

Now please explain me WHY a simple model is printed with wobble and a extremely complicated model printed out perfect...

like Flint Read i also thought about prevention of the brocken screen Problem - after someone had the Problem i know, i asked him how he Removes the VAT - and i saw what may cause this also - and i also whant to show you a "emergency" instalation that could help if you have the Problem that your VAT stick to your screen. i made a Video about it - hope you understand my english :)

IMPORTAND!! I said it bevor - like some other here also - Replace your Power supply- i made a short test and measure the voltage of the original power supply - first i measure right after i plugged it in and it was 12 V - then i powered my LED strip (45 W) for 1 minute and the Voltage began to fluctuate (second Video) i did the same test with my „better quality „ supply- no fluctuations at all (first Video)
. Oh - btw - i did not had any Problems with my Original Power supply - but that shows the bad quality and it WILL make problems over time :)

Has anyone tried dying resin prints? I know it can be done with nylon prints and fabric dye. Does the technique cross over? Has anyone tried dying resin prints? I know it can be done with nylon prints and fabric dye. Does the technique cross over? 翻譯年糕

Hey everybody. Just joined, thanks for having me.

I'm looking to getting into 3D printing. I've built a few 3D models and printed via Shapeway, but going forward I'd would like to do it myself, hobbyist-level. Currently, I'm more interested in small models: game pieces, figurines, toy parts, etc., so I'm seriously considering the Photon. I have a heated office in my garage, so odor and temperature control isn't a big concern. Desktop space a bit more so.

However, I don't know what I might want to do in the future: possibly bigger builds of models, statuettes, etc. So I'm also considering the CR10 Mini or the Qidi X-one 2. (That name's so awkward. Why not the "X-two"?)

For starting out, maybe I'd find FDM to be adequate, as well as a couple of Franklins cheaper. But man, I do like those smooth surfaces and details in resin! Eventually, I might end up with both technologies.

I'm guessing many/most of you have both. If you hopped in your Wayback Machine, would you start with FDM and move up to DLP, or vice versa?

I recognize y'all don't know me and it's hard to advise me, specifically, but I thought I might glean some insights from any experiences and thoughts you're willing to share. Thanks.
