Received my long anticipated photon and literally the first 15 prints stuck to the FEP. Tried everything mentioned by this group - cleaned everything, lightly abraded the built platform, reassembled platform checking for loose screws, re-leveled according to pro tip, increased first layer exposure to 90, replaced FEP, disassembled to tighten z-axis. Nothing helped.

Nearly lost my mind in frustration. Finally remembered reading that temperature effects the resin. Had it in my garage for the smell and it's 55° F out there. Set up in my basement (70° F) and the first print stuck to the build platform perfectly. That's all it took.

Thanks for all the information you guys post! Without it a good printer probably would have gone in the trash!

A little sad, lost some parts on the turret. And the vette lost all but one wheel/tire....

Just got my printer.. USB is in Chinese. So, I went to the website to download the slicer. The .rar file will not open up.. what am I doing wrong?
