hello I got the printer today, and I cannot level it properly because the software doesn't seem to work. I do everything as described in the instruction manual, yet when I select to set the current z heigh as 0 nothing happens, and if I home Z it goes back to its previous position. I think I need to flash a new firmware, anyone can help me? thanks!

Doing all the supports in MeshMixer now. Testing with really really small ones for small overhangs and they seem tow work like a charm.

hello guys, so I just received my photon, but if I stick the usb in it it no longer works. If I put the usb in while it's off it doesn't even turn on, and if it's already on it just freezes. I tried multiple sticks including the one that came with the printer, any ideas? thanks!

Hi folks, I made a testprint with Photocentric hard clear [0,04/18/1/70/8] and firm white [0,05/23/1/70/8]. The surface of the pieces are a little bit sticky or rubberish. Even after cureing under UV-light it remains sticky. Heavy brushing with a toothbrush minimises it a bit. Has anyone made the same observation? On the next run I will raise the exposure time a bit. ​

After a perfect print... this happend ?

My display was stuck on the Vat (without any leaks ? ) and now it’s off.

Any ideas how to fix?

was running out of grey resin, so i mixed in 3d-okay white resin at the end. weird thing on both sides of the jaw, there are built in
supports that are part of the model that did not print. also the forehead has a hole from the pressure, i need to put more holes next time.
