Amazing detail on such a tiny ring. UK Size B. The daughter wanted a ring made this morning. 3 hours later, the finished result.

Why suddenly can I not slice files without the program failing? Will slice files as long as no supports are generated but if any supports are added it fails. Graphic drivers are up to date :/

attempt number 2 with the Photon. I think I found my issue with the first print. trying a different model, so lets see how it goes. I had good build plate adhesion (supports where all attached. the model never really bonded to the supports... so a) support wasn't big enough, b) I didn't tighten the set screw for the build platform. / I zeroed the platform and tightened the screw and made the rad of the support another .1 so we shall see how it goes. anycubic resin w/ Group time sheet recommendation.

Rather than make a big fume extractor...anyone just run a hose from the existing fume fan out a window. Maybe put a coupler on the carbon box in the machine to a hose, then a coupler to an inline booster fan and out the window?

Its good to finally own the Anycubic Photon. But I still haven't start a print job yet for approx. 3 weeks due to the concern with the Toxic Fumes. I finally brought myself to design a wooden enclosure for the Photon. With the help of other post about what filters to buy, I am able to get a complete set of the Carbon Filter tube , inline fan and a dual lining duct tube. Before I make the actual Enclosure, I would like to have some feedback from fellow posters from the group. Here are the specs and pics.

Filter: Black Ops 4" Filter
Inline Fan: Hurricane 4" (171CFM)
Ducting: Ideal Air Light Tight with dual layers(Vinyl + Aluminum Core)
Enclosure Dimensions: 20"w X 23" D X 28" H
Enclosure is composed of Dimensional Lumbar for frame and Purebond Plywood(Toxic chemical free plywood) for the Panels. The size is to accommodate a Photon, a Ultrasonic Cleaner, and some tools.

Here are the pics of 2 configurations:
Which side should the Intake Hole be? Back or Side? Does the Carbon Filter tube work better with it sitting on the base or hanging at the top? I will be putting this in my bedroom. Will some of the fumes escape into the room while I am working with the print out with the door open? I apologized for so many questions. I want to have a save and enjoyable printing with the Photon in my bedroom. Thank You.

So my fep film got a little hole in it while i was printing. Does that happen when the film is scratched, too much lifting force or both? The model i was printing wasn't that huge ? luckally only a little bit of resin got on my screen.

Ok, guys, I disconnected my fan but could somebody please check if their fan blows air inwards like in the presentation paper of Anycubic ? I recall for sure that in my case the air was going the other way and if that is the case it would be a very big LOL and would explain all the problems all of us had with the smell.
Maybe the wiring is correct but the fan does not have enough power to blow air through it and it just blows back into the chamber creating more fumes instead of cleaning the air.
