That's it, I could not take it any more. I took the printer apart and removed the inside fan cable. Soooo quiet now, soooo not smelly.
It still has another fan that only blows when the UV light is on

11h27m layer 0.06, 12 sec exposure, 120 for the bottom (8 layers). the only shame was part of the blade off the screen, i'll try fix it with some sanding

So, the elephant in the room... dimensional accuracy and tolerances. Printing awesome looking minis is all well and good, but how about functional parts or something that requires assembly? Has anyone tried printing for example the Maker's Muse tolerance test?

PS. Waiting for delivery of new screens for my photon. Ten days, and I'm feeling quite a bit of withdrawal ;)

What slicers can I use for the Photon printer? What slicer do you guys use? I have not had any luck with original slicer.

Okay.. So I do still have dimension problems with the original slicer software. If I change the display dimensions to adjust for the Y and X compensation it will be good outer dimensions but holes are instead now way too small. So if I for example print a Pin with a 10mm diameter and another part with a 10mm hole the hole will be more like 9mm and the pin will be a nice 10mm. The part does not fit :) .
Any suggestions?
