I just read a review suggesting that this printer is available for about $450. Has anyone purchased one for this price? Where do they tend to sell them for $450? Thank you.

OK Confession time....

I have solved most issues with the Photon but one eludes me,

It tasks me, It vexes me, And i shall have it! OH YES I shall have it!

My photon is squeaking on the down stroke what's the best z lead lube you guys know of?

OK this came up today so here is a pro tip for new and old Photonsters alike.

Say you have started a print and realise you have a setting wrong or you just want to change a setting after the start, Stuck with it right?

WRONG gentle Photonster you can hit the cog icon and adjust most of the settings on the fly

your Photon will not even stop!! this way if you have a great slicing and support and you just want to re print it but in a different resin you can start the print hit the cog and alter the settings boom old slice new resin settings..

Now stop lollygagging about the printing is afoot dear Photonsters to the VATS!!! to the VATS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, someone has already tested an "Anycubic Photon SLA DLP 3D Printer" to print something other than figurines?
I wonder about the famous resin.
I wondered if it would do the job for parts that have more constraints, for example remote control parts that are exposed to the sun, cold, water, shock. etc.

So I just unboxed my Photon, forgot that I was out of IPA so no printing for me until tomorrow.

After having a look through the page and seeing some common faults and dramas others have had I thought I would start off by testing my resin vat for leaks, And now I’m wondering about people sanding the build platform what’s the general consensus about it? Should I do it from the start?

Is there anything else worth considering before starting? I have a bunch of FDM printers but this is my first resin based machine.

Also noticed the test print on my usb stick was corrupt. This happened to anyone else or just me?
