Hi, today i received some 'gunmetal grey' monocure rapid resin. I've had 2 failed prints that stick to the resin vat, so far. Has anybody here worked with that resin? Can you recommend setting for that? Thanks ?

Well, I failed on my first. It didn’t take to the plate, should I increase the bottom exposure time then? I used start stats with the software. I now bumped the bottom exposure time to 90s instead of 50s. Will that help, ugh, help.

Anyone have their resin vat leak? After my 2nd ever print with mine, the next day i was cleaning out my resin vat and it was really hard to get out.. when i removed it the whole 2K LCD screen was coated in resin.. ruined. i've been trying to get a hold of anycubic for over a week.. zero response to my emails.

Update:
I received the Senerteck castable resin yesterday. Print 4 failed test prints using recommended settings by Manufacturer. Did 2 calibrations as well. Changed the settings added more exposure time to base layers and normal exp. Time from 8 to 10, left the settings the same and then used Photon resin to print the same test and had no problem. This stuff pours like water, it has a slight reddish color to it. Looks like raspberry Ice tea :) easy to pour out of vat. the prints all stuck to the FEP even though I can hear the popping sound it must be pulling off the build plate after the initial 5 base layers. The photon printed easy as pie without a problem using the last raied esp. times. Does anyone from Senertek have any suggestions?

I may have a little problem with my printer, or maybe the slicing engine. These two models were printed at the same time, but they were facing nose to nose. As you can see there seems to be an X axis deviation to the side. Look at the arch shaped door panel in the center of the back door. Or one model it leans to the left, on the other leads to the right. My models maybe coming out almost imperceptibly skewed. More testing is needed.

Whew. This arrived just in the nic of time. I was just about out of the AC green resin. Look forward to trying it out. Will likely try Monocure after this. ;) Fun exploration finding which resin works best for me.
