Sigh... did an overnight print. Was supposed to finish at 3-4am. Woke up at 6 and it says it had 1hr left and its at 94%.. I check 30min later to see this. I hope it's not frozen again. I waited to see if it moves. But it wasn't.

So I am thinking.... I have a bunch of printers and was looking to make an enclose with one large filter. Has anyone used a grow tent as an enclosure? A large one seems like a good idea and then run a large filter off of it.

Bought on ebay and it's almost S$90 cheaper then Banggood! Took only 4 days to arrive by FedEx. Now, do I need a ventilation? Because I place this in my bedroom. Any link I can buy those extendable ventilation vent like those use on portable aircon?

Hi Photoners fam,
I am a new Photon printer user. I want to print a theoretically simple box with a lid.
I use green resin from Anycubic and prints on default settings (0.05, 10, 1, 50, 8). I tried to print flat on the platform without supports, but it's not good.
I also printed vertically with supports but it went even worse.
I leveled the platform according to the manufacturer's instructions, I also tried the method proposed by Flint.
Do you have any advice for me? I apologize for my poor English.

whats the maximum amount of resin you can put into the vat to ensure when the bed is dropped into it that it does not overflow. 1/3 is hard to measure and how do you know it is enough to build the model you are about to print?

Anyone have any good ideas to stop the print lifting from the print bed and distorting? I have this issue with most of my prints that are a bit bigger. I had this issue with the normal levelling technique, and the attached photo was of today after doing Flint Read 's levelling technique. I am thinking of sanding it back. I initially did that a very small amount, but thinking it needs to be heavier.

The resin I used was Monocure Rapid Grey with settings 0.1, 12s, 1, 80 and 8 layers.

Also, what are peoples thoughts on placing a perspex box
(such as this but obviously bigger): https://goo.gl/images/oKUxZJ ) over the whole unit (with no airflow) to reduce the resin smell. Would head be an issue (from the UV LED)? I am using it at work in a room without window's, so any help with reducing the smell would be great!
