Does anyone have or have used the ctc riverside sla printer? I got one second hand for cheap but can’t work out settings to make it print properly. Please help if you can cause right now it’s a paper weight ?

With lots of people starting to make DIY air scrubbing kits for their printers I had a thought. If you're going to add negative pressure to the build chamber then won't you directly cause the LED cooling system to get less airflow?

I started thinking about doing something similar myself and I don't want it to lessen the lifetime of the machine.

Hi, I'm new to DLP.
Anyone tried this. I don't find any information about exposure time or wavelength. Is it all standard?
Is this resin compatible with the photon?

Hopefully this is not in poor taste to ask here, but does anyone have any side-by-side comparisons of the same piece printed in a Photon and one in a Moai? I could get a pretty good deal on a used Moai right now, but I'm not seeing what would justify paying almost twice as much for it as I would for a new Photon. Opinions?

Small update for my enclosure. I spray painted the outside of the bin black. Males it nice and dark inside. It scratches easily though so may have to put on a protectant if it becomes a problem.
Also was annoyed with taking the lid off to see the status so I made a hole and taped in leftover clear acrylic I had from the window exhaust mount.
Also changed the base to be three 4x4's so the bottom clasp had more room to open and close. Will be screwing them to the bin for added stability and to make sure the bin stays bottom heavy.
Still smell a small amount of resin only while the printer is running. So not sure if my window mount is the cause. It is just held on by painters tape. More testing to come. But this is pretty much it. Still contemplating a carbon filter.
As an added touch, I also picked up a three channel remote so I don't have to plug and unplug the exhaust fan, and the UV light bucket I also made.

I ordered my bottle of 3Dokay resin a few weeks ago or so, and went to their page to see about getting more and I dont see any product there anymore. Should I get something else (around the same price) or is there another seller if their resin in the US?

Anyone have any secret shopping locations for FEP film? Cheapest I found was 18bucks for 4 replacement sheets but amazon stopped carrying them.
