Hello. Can you tell me that your's photons have this issue too? I think Z Axis should be more stiffnes. Any idea how to imorove that?

hi everyone , i'm a digital sculptor from Thailand and i have Photon for a week , print it many times. I found many problems and find the way out form other members in this group oh thank you all.
recently i have a problem about the printed models squeezing and deformed as i show in the pics .

I already have my photon but my usb doesn't work.. where can I download the files that will be inside?

Word to the wise: if your LCD screen sticks to the bottom of your resin vat when you start to pull it out, be veeeery careful. I thought I was trying to be, but I still tore half of the ribbon cable to my LCD. I’ve already been trying to get another screen from anycubic for a month for different reasons, and I still haven’t even gotten a confirmation they’re sending it, so I’m DOA indefinitely. Just with 5L of resin coming in the mail today too! ?
