Does anyone have a picture of the tool they use to tighten the build plate? I’ve had the Photon one day. I’ve attempted four prints. One never adhered to the plate, the next came out perfect, the third stick to the vat after the supports failed, and the last one was a disaster. This last one seems to be mechanical. The z-axis is stuck! The plate won’t travel up and has clamped down so hard I cannot remove the head and vat even with everything loosened.

UPDATE: not mechanical really. My fault. Home was too close to vat. Fixed now. Had to unscrew the four base plate screws from the z-arm.

I have leveled the bed, changed settings to similar to the ones in Artur Fuste's list, and I get nothing usable... Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong or what I need to do to fix it?

After latest attempt, it isn't sticking to the build plate at all, previous attempt came out screwed up but at least stuck on the build plate.

Currently I am trying to use Wanhao grey resin...
