Fixed my z wobble problem!
Just loosened the screws that run parallel to the z-rod (The blue ones in the picture) and bam!
My logic was that is the z-rod is wobbly then the platform should not be as tightly constrained to it as it will pick up the movement distortion. Sort of like how you need a suspension for a car, you need just a slight amount of play between the platform and the rod.
