If I want to use a different layer height, what’s the rule of thumb to set the exposure times?

So I will be printing a bunch of these to orrow but rather than 28mm scale these will be about 2 inches tall. I plan to hollow so what size hole should I add for drainage? I also have a Skeleton which I need the hands ppsed for gripping and I have never done so. Would anyone be willing to assist if I send you the hand models?

Has anyone tried Photocentric LC red? Or any other daylight resins. I have finished my Anycubic green sample resin and accidentaly ordered Photocentric daylight LC red instead of UV version. I have failed prints with poor bed adhesion (using 0.05/32/1/120 /8
