Hey guys. Getting some Z-wobble. Another user mentioned that a bearing upgrade for his z-rod fixed his wobble issues, but my printer doesn't come with a z-rod bearing slot at all. Is this normal? Is there a way to purchase an upgrade?

Might be crazy idea but could resin prints be cleaned with Polymakers polysher? I think of this because resin prints are cleaned with IPA path and Polysher smooths PLA with a dense IPA mist..

What is the length of the power cord on the photon? Mine just shipped today so I'm trying to plan out how I'll set it up.

Setting things up and noticed a couple small things. I have a small scuff in the upper right corner of the LCD and on the uv test in the lower right section of the violet band I have a black spot. Should I be reaching out for replacements or is this something that we deal with as we use the printers anyway?

Lastly I saw some pics of z rods where they had bearings at the top of the linear rail line stops short. Should I be looking to “upgrade” this or is this a latest revision?

Do you have to reset the zero position each time you power up the Photon? I think you do. I know that it remembers the zero position as long as it is powered up, but is necessary if it is powered down and powered up again later?
I've read elsewhere it is not necessary, but I find that hard to believe. What if the lead-screw gets moved manually? The controller board has no way of knowing that even if the last position was stored in non-volatile memory.

All this for my new photon, box of gloves, 99% IPA, and a glass jar with lid. Dinner 1st then make the wife happy and watch some tv. Then tonight it’s just me and my photon all alone. LOL
