Thanks for accepting me in this group! We received our Photon two weeks ago and are totally in awe of the print quality. I am using it for prototyping my watch designs before I machine them out of metal. The precision is amazing!!! It even prints the hands! I really appreciate the support here and am looking forward to contributing to this group!

Ok my new LCD screen came in, I installed it and did a few test prints...

Very sad day. The LCD only works on the back half. Not totally irreedeemable for now, since I'm only printing little things that can fit in the area it works in, but annoying since it means I'll have to blow more money on another screen...assuming it's not the connector on the board...

Any tips or quick fixes? Also I know fepshop sells fep sheets but where's the best place to get those for us Americans (as cheap as possible)? Also don't really want to do fepshop since that's where I got my busted LCD from...

Ok, so either there is something wrong with the file i am trying to print from, or Hogwarts is out to kill my LCD. I made another attempt at the Hogwarts model that i messed up on previously. Only this time i hollowed it in Meshmixer, and reduced the size by about 25%. I printed it upside down from supports to give clearance for the drain holes on the bottom, and require no support for the tiny buildings.

I got the same result as before when i thought the model had peeled away. I caught it earlier in the print this time, but i do have a visible "bubble" on the LCD now. It does not appear to have caused any actual damage as the test patern is still clean.

I just found it odd that both sizes, one solid and one hollow, one flat on the plate and one on supports, resulted in the same print failure including tweaking the build plate.

The photos show the models oriented the same direction so the smaller one was a repeat of the results from the larger one. I'm curious what you guys think may be the issue.
